We currently offer collection in-store (free) or tracked doorstep delivery via SingPost Registered Service for all local orders to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

• Delivery Fee: Flat rate of $12 per order

• Delivery Time: Estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is shipped.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed in protective boxes or envelopes to ensure they arrive in good condition. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any visible damages.

Terms & Conditions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by SingPost or external courier partners once parcels are handed over.

• In the event of failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided, re-delivery fees will apply.

• We do not accept liability for lost parcels if the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate shipping details.

• Should the parcel be returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be charged.

• All orders are final and non-refundable once dispatched.

• LimCha Teahouse reserves the right to update or amend shipping terms at any time without prior notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

At LimCha Teahouse, we take great care in ensuring every product is packed and delivered in excellent condition. As our teas and gift items are perishable and handcrafted, all sales are final.

We offer 1-to-1 exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with photo evidence for verification.

Terms & Conditions

• Exchanges are strictly 1-to-1 for the same product only.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering all return and re-delivery shipping costs.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

• We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or improper handling.
